Clarity Bot — (license-based access)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Clarity Bot AI Project Assistant license (the "Service") provided by Aimigo Studio, Istanbul ("Company," "we," or "us"). By purchasing a license and receiving a license key you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License and Membership
- Purchase and License Key. Upon successful payment you will receive a unique license key via email. This license key grants you the right to claim and activate your exclusive membership.
- License Activation.
- Your license automatically begins on the official product launch date announced by the Company.
- The license is valid for 12 months from the official launch date, regardless of the purchase date.
- Exclusive Rights. Your license key entitles you to the benefits of the tier purchased (including, where applicable, Founders' Circle benefits such as discounts, early access, or special recognition). The license key is personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, leased, or shared without written consent from the Company.
2. Payment Terms
- Fees. The license fee is payable upfront at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued once a license key is delivered.
- Renewals. At the end of the initial 12-month term, renewal options (if any) will be communicated by the Company. Renewal terms may differ from the original offer.
3. Service Scope
- Features. The Service provides AI-powered project assistance within Slack, including (but not limited to): secure ingestion of conversations, documents and media; meeting transcription and summarization; automated Jira ticket drafting; conversational Q&A; and workspace-level knowledge management.
- Beta and Founders' Circle. Certain features may be subject to change after launch. Founding Members may receive early or priority access to new functionality; those feature timelines and availability are at the Company's discretion.
4. Security and Data
- Data Handling. By the nature of how AI systems work, certain user data may be processed by large language models (LLMs) in order to deliver the Service. We ensure that all data is securely transferred and stored end-to-end, with strict access controls, and we do not share your data with third parties.
- User Responsibility. You are responsible for safeguarding your Slack workspace access, license key, and account credentials. Do not share your license key or account credentials with others.
Note: If your organization requires specific contractual assurances (for example, a Data Processing Agreement or additional security controls) please contact us prior to purchase so we can discuss available options.
5. Intellectual Property
- All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, trademarks, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Aimigo Studio, Istanbul.
- The license key grants you a limited, revocable right to use the Service during the license period. You obtain no ownership rights to the Service itself or any underlying intellectual property.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the license fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will communicate significant changes to license holders via email or by posting updates on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
